RETURN POLICY: You may return the unit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus a $49 restocking fee plus the cost of non-returnable items(arrays). Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.

Arrays are non-returnable items and if a unit is returned you will be charged a discounted rate of $14.94 for each array. Please DO NOT ship any arrays with returns as they are unusable once received by a customer (even if they are not used).

Every unit comes with a 1 YEAR WARRANTY. Should the machine malfunction or stop working within 1 year of the date of purchase you may return it for repair or a replacement machine. Please use the Contact Us page to submit a request for a return. Please include your name, phone number and date of purchase. Once confirmed, you will receive a RMA# to return the unit along with shipping instructions.
